1. Definitions

– “VIP Mobile Number” refers to the exclusive mobile number provided by VIP Mobile Number India.
– “UPC” stands for Unique Purchase Code, which is generated after a successful payment.
– “Customer” refers to the individual or business purchasing the VIP Mobile Number.

2. Payment and UPC Generation

– Payment for the VIP Mobile Number must be made in full before the UPC is generated.
– Once the UPC is generated, the sale is final, and no refunds will be given.

3. Ownership and Usage

– The Customer has the right to use the VIP Mobile Number for personal or business purposes.

4. Exclusivity

– VIP Mobile Number India guarantees the exclusivity of the VIP Mobile Number during the Customer’s ownership.


5. UPC Expiry

– The expiry date of the UPC code is up to four days from the time of generation, after which it will expire, after which the UPC code will be issued only once and a charge of ₹200 will be charged. Moreover, if the tariff validity is over, the recharge amount will be charged from the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

– VIP Mobile Numbers India shall not be liable for any UPC losses arising after the purchase of the VIP Mobile Number.

7. Governing Law

– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law.
– Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

– VIP Mobile Number India reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

By purchasing a VIP Mobile Number from VIP Mobile Number India, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
